SoCal 's monthly San Bernardino rotary meet: Second Saturday of each month.
What about those tumblers from Harbor Freight? Also, if anyone has a bench grinder w buffer wheel that would proly work quickly. Or you could put them in a vise w/ rubber bumpers for thread and hit them with a dremel. Good luck on that Matt. I don't envy the work ahead of you.
I'm thinking steel wool and some more aggressive aluminum polish(?)
Deffinitly.
yup yup.. steel wool and mothers aluminum/steel polish works amazing! or just pay to have them chromed.... then they have to do all the cleaning/anti rusting..and you get brand new looking bolts back
speaking of wheels... i finally got a full set of volk racing centercaps for my volks... and ill be sending them in to get the lips cleaned/straightened/polished... and ill have beautiful wheels ..... with nothing to put them on.hahaha

I can put them on my FC to break them in for you. Just pay for tires and we'll call it even.

yeah, I did some reading on that peper a couple of weeks ago (funny).
I belive all of the video, all the way up to the end. that part is BS.
from reading about it, they say intense pain and burning for 30 minutes. then it will start to go away.
3 and a half hours later your not going to have "burns" on the outside of your face.

Have any of you guys ever been able to tell the difference before and after installing strut tower bars?? I know they are only a minor part of a complete package, but I'm still curious.
I wonder the same thing. All I know is I want the one that bolts to the firewall, and has a torque engine brace. But bolting to the firewall bumps me out of my class in autocross... so evidently it must be a significant difference, right?
omg i have to preserve this in some way for the sake of comedy

the RX-7 is a great cnidate for STRUT tower bars, considering it has STRUTS.
a car with a wishbone design will not see nearly the gain a car with struts will...
... with that said, I had a greddy bar installed on my 7 way back in the days, and no, I didnt really notice a big change. but to be honest, I was not nearly as good of a driver, so I am not sure this is valid info.

I'm glad somebody liked it. I got a kick out of his face too when the skin around his eyes started going red.
