Yeah thats a smart move. Maybe next time we have a meet I could get a ride in the Evo. I've always wanted one! Fastest car I've ever been in was a stock S2k. Or a 2009 Challenger R/T, but that thing was so heavy 375ish horsepower didn't feel that different from the 232 horsepower 2009 RX-8 I had just driven beforehand.

 

Oil cooler broke off its mounts today.... causing me to lose all my oil. Got off the freeway before I lost all oil pressure. Hope I didn't toast my bearings!

Looking for a new(good) FC oil cooler, and if it has SS lines that's even better.

Damn factory mounting points were flimsy as hell!

So this is crazy I'm driving on the freeway and my stock boost meter hasn't worked in forever and all of a sudden this morning it jumps up when I was at full boost. Where did this come from

Does anyone know where i could get some tires swapped onto some different rims for cheap? How much does that usually cost?

 

any little whole in the wall tire shop should be no more than $3 a wheel. and if you have tires to throw away they might charge you for that too. Matt there is this place I always went to on Iowa and Center st

Plastic headlights came stock buddy They sure are much lighter than the glass ones too.

I am pretty sure glass ones were stock. Got the 5 lug swap done yesterday with new slotted rotors. The ones I had look tiny compared.

5 lug converssion is not the easiest thing to do. do-able, but not easy.

yeah, the 5 lug stuf is pretty beefy. good brakes! you can toast the 4 lug small brakes pretty easy. (almost every mountain run I went on)

They did my new wheels and tires at like 1/3 the price discount tire would have charged me. I've done countless tire changes there as well with our Jeeps.
