As for my favorite sports sadan... Maserati Quattroporte or the Mercedes CLS 55 AMG (kinda because the guy had every massive attack CD in the changer lol). Both were very fun to drive.

nice I likde the Maserati's nice power but they shift late

Uh...yea Jason my stage 3 center force clutch was sick! grabed real hard and the best thing is they don't wear out as fast. I would get that before a puck clutch if your going to daily drive your car.

See, thats what I thought. My first clutch I had put in DID have a defect, and it had to be swapped out after a few days. But what are the chances the second clutch I had put in has ANOTHER defect? So a puck clutch won't do jack for me, huh? Good, I'm glad to hear that! I'm not gonna lie, I'm not pro with a clutch, but I don't drive my car hard very much on the street. 95% of my driving is all freeway, of which 95% is all in 5th gear with no shifts.

.... I dont even know if we are doing a meet this month. we usually skip December (holidays are busy for everyone)...???

swapping a clutch isnt bad at all! come on jason! you gotta start getting your hands dirty! there are quite a few of us that can do that in our sleep! its alot of heavy labor, but nothing that cant be done with 2 people!

When my clutch is engaged, it makes a whirring noise, but from what you describe, yours sounds like the opposite. Your noise is rather loud too.

The radiator fan?! I don't think we're talking about the same thing then, haha. I've replaced a clutch master cylinder before, so let me know if you need help!

ABSENCE: swaping the the clutch is easy...well yea like jessie said get two people, just don't force it in by puting bolts on to lock it down it should slide in.

Renton:I think your throw out bearing is wearing out. thats what it sounds like.

Sounds like lack of grease/ lube on throw out bearing maybe.

looks like there is a meet this month!

Here is a list of people from the RX-8 club already. ( just started the list )

I will Attend

- Detrich - Since I will be crashing Enzo's in 1/2 on PCH... (Have to work)
