Do those bakemono top-fuel wings tape on or bolt through the stock holes? Always wanted one...but I don't tape stuff to my FD.

yea i know, its only 2 minutes long. i just got the go pro and i am still learning how to use this thing. i have 3 track sessions, almost 30 minutes long. i will post them when i can

I watched the whole video. Love it. Holy crap that sounds wicked. What transmission are you running and what rear axle ratio? You were shifting into fourth gear IIRC right when you were running up on the bank. That seems kinda nuts to me lol. I wish I would have got some footage of you running. Any outside pics of the car?

 

I still retain the stock turbo 2 trans with a short shifter plus stock turbo 2 diff and gears, 4.10.I did my own diff shim also added extra shims to make it lock up real good. I was going into forth going into bank shifting around 8000rpm and hit 5th gear
before 7000 right as i lifted into the bank somewhere around 160mph maybe faster.I only have a few pictures myself,i didn't take any more of my own videos nor pictures....was busy during the day trying to find the little stutter on my engine. Eventually it was ignition problems but now i am sorting out the problem. Also the engine made 500 rwhp on 9.5 -10 psi the night before running 10.5 AFR all day at WOT.

Agreed. That thing sounds awesome and looked great out there.

I was shifting into 4th either on the apron right before going into the banking, or right after the car settled after crossing the apron onto the banking.. I would be on the 6800 rev limiter in 3rd doing that though. I need to raise it to 7100 I think.

I was hitting 130 just before start/finish and letting off there. I pushed it to 140 just a couple times and coasted from start/finish through turns 1 and 2. I was only doing 105 or so through 1 and 2.

 

I got into fourth too as I enter the bank - no wing so I couldn't carry much speed through 1 and 2. It got a lil hairy sometimes.
