Questions & help about rebuilding.
Do I really need a dou pin puller? After watching the rebuild dvd I thought I would be able to use a long bolt and just yank that shit. will this work?
What is the best way to remove old gaskets without damaging parts? I've been using a knife but it takes a really long time since I'm being really careful. Can I use a torque wrench with a 2 1/8 inch socket to remove the fly wheel or do I really need to buy a airgun? Thanks in advance. |
1st gen lug nut/stud as dowell pin puller
razor blade of course. cold chisel with flattened end and hammer to loosen the flywheel nut. thats the cheap way |
Thanks. Any input on removing stubborn gaskets?

Atkins said 8mm stud puller hard to explain.. I got wrenches 8-19mm and sockets 8-19mm as well |

You don't have to pull the studs out.
