LOL.....I needed some entertainment, your hood provided it....thanks again. BTW, why would you vent the air up and out of you hood, SO IT PASSES RIGHT OVER THE INTAKE AS IT RISES OUT. You should heat wrap your intake track if you keep this setup. IMO, and the headers too!

Or do this........I used hot water heater insulating tape, 1 inch.

well my intake set up is a custom cold air the heat all raises out of my hood and cools it quickly basiclly my engine never gets hot... and my intake piping stays cold as ice the headers are actually cool enough to touch after a hard run

its actually really funny what my exhaust is made out of that helps to keep all of the heat off and out of it :)

your intake is a metal pipe, it runs next to the rad. return hose, it runs at around 190F. See any problems? You should wrap one, or the other, or BOTH. That is what I did.

it still runs cold lol... not to worried about heat wraping it... wont do anything honestly
