Nor Cal 7's July Meeting Sac/Stockton/Modesto Area
Well, I'm back again. I had to leave my deployed location so I could go further into deployed territory to go fix my POS plane!! God that thing gets on my nerves sometimes!! But at least it will be back here where it belongs tomorrow.
Ok, now that I'm done ranting. Where is everyone going to go eat after the AutoX?? I think Bert wanted to go to Panda Express.

Zach do you mean you are back at Beale? If that's the case throw yourself in the number 4 position eh!

Jake, no I meant I had to leave where I'm at in the desert to go further into the desert. I'm back at my original desert location now.
Such a confusing life I lead sometimes.
I wish I was back, but it won't be until the first week in November for me.

So are we going to have a convoy or anything out to Stockton? I know we'll probably have one on the way back or to wherever we get food, but just wondering if anyone else wanted to try and figure out some quick meeting place in the morning that (some of us at least) could meet up and drive together to the auto-x? Also have we figured out where the hell we're eating and all that? Forgive me if I'm being overbearing and asking way too many questions or anything, just was curious if we're trying to organize this at all or just half-*** it (either way works for me).

We always half *** it, lol Jeff knows places to eat around the fairgrounds and so does Jan so we can just follow them over to wherever we decide to eat. It's that simple! If you want to organize a caravan from sac to stockton that's your deal i'm coming from Modesto.
looks like i'll only be there in the morning... i'll try to stay as long as i can but i just remembered its my girl's birthday. so i gotta go home so i can do the 3 Ss and take her out to dinner.

Damn it's hot over here!! It was 120 degrees yesterday with 85% humidity!! I might come back as skinny as Jake. Well almost as skinny, I'll still have some muscles so I won't be as scrawny as Jake is.
I learned how to do body work on carbon composite over the last few days. That's really not very difficult to do, I don't understand why carbon stuff is so expensive. I know that the **** we buy for our cars isn't held to as high of a tolerance as the wings on my plane. Who knows.

Jan, I wish it was that simple. Though it is easy to work with once I have it.
This was all just repair and refinishing. I'm talking to the engineers now so hopefully I'll learn how to lay it. If they can teach me that then IT'S ON!! But I don't know if they know how to lay it from scratch. Keep your fingers crossed everybody.Zach
so i'll see you guys there. i'll be there around 8 am coz i have to drop off my girl, she gets off at 7am. not sure if i'm running or not. dont have any cash. if i can steal some from my gf then i might run.
