haha basically this thread was for a one time meet back on the 9th which turned out great... then after that I decided to make it a monthly thing... but I wanted to have the next meet in buena park.
They want to do another one locally before the next meet but I'm lost on that part too. The meet in buena park is set for the 20th of feb but I'm still working on the location to make things legit.
One question for finishline... what happened to your car, got boost happy already?

idle problems... car dies when in neutral sometimes.
i don't mind the minor flooding from having a rebuilt engine.
but it's not always where i can start the car right away after turning it off, especially when the engine's warm.
they gonna swap out the throttle body and replace it with one they have.
then they're gonna do some cleaning in the manifold... seems to be "crap" in there.

i say we have another meet at in-n-out on feb 13th, which is another wednesday, and then cookie, you can rally us all up for the buena one and let us all know whats going down with that one. you get what im saying or are we all still lost?
are you talking about when starting the car?
i guess i wasn't too specific...
yea, i use press down the clutch then crank the car of course,
but since the engine's running rich,
i gotta stomp on the gas and let it go to balance out the air and fuel ratio.
S5s have that thing where you can press on the gas which cuts off the fuel injectors,
causing the mixture to lean out.
the vice versa when you let go.

jump the switch..thats what i did to mine so i dont have to push the pedal down..
i used to hate holding it down when the car wouldent start..or when i was working on the car and it would die..then i would have to get back in and push it then crank..
:AA:

*sigh*
yea man,
i just can't stand doing that everytime i turn off the car.
and not having to start up right away cuz of the freakin car's warm/hot?
to add to that, the car dies randomly?!
i don't expect to get far breaking in this rebuilt engine...
well, thanks AA, i'll take that into consideration.
i'll just see where it'll go.

s4 ftw. haha just playing i haven't had a flooding issue except once but I think it was because the harness got wet after I washed it. Other than that just have a switch for the fuel pump. meet on the 13th is kinda close to the 20th because i know alot of people dont like doing meets so close together. plus I'm gotta get shot this sunday playing paintball so I have no time as of now to plan that. let me know if you do and I'll try to be there.

i dont know...prolly the same thing.
