They say the video was removed because it was inappropriate or just plain sucked? wtf?

Anyways I believe that's a shop in Australia, I remember seeing them with a PP HUGE single turbo FD, it was a ridiculously mean car. Never did get to see it run on an empty street or a dragstrip, though.

edit: yeah, Alistair's FD, that's the one. I'm almost 100% sure that's a shop in australia.
