Unhappy Cali Tuning
Hey guys!
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get my 1991 FC re-tuned in LA area?
Since moving back to Cali I realized my car most likely will not pass smog, any recommendations?
AND does anyone have more insight on how the process works for registering my car? The company left me pretty SOL.
