Lets make a smog bet
91 n/a
78,888k miles Stock cat, stock everything pretty much besides corksport catback. She passed 2 years ago or whenever the old owner smogged her with flying colors, this will be my first time. Will she pass? I think she will, oh yeah I advanced the timing a few degrees and put in half a bottle of octane booster, would that make the emissions go up or down? maybe should drive pointlessly and put some 87 in. :Wconfused Everybody here has huge exhausts and the general area is pretty ghetto so I doubt I'd fail the visual, if I do I always got a stock catback under the house :wallbash: |
Another useless thread in the west

Catbacks are completely legal in CA. The only legality issue you have to worry about with a catback is the noise, and smog tests don't deal with that issue.
Have any videos of you revving with that catback? |
It's a corksport, I'm ridding of the cat and replacing it with a small muffler I have to use the silencer otherwise you can't hear anything besides the rotors lol.
cops never bothered me though. |
