The Brisket.........

..............is on the smoker. I put it on around 11:30 am ish......take it off tonight around 10-11pm ish. Then put it in the Refrig over night. Put it in the oven Tomorrow Morning around 8:00 am, another three hours or so.......Then off to Dockwieler Beach around 11:30 to arrive at 12:30......just in time to serve it up Hot!!!


Mmmmmmmmmm Brisket...........mmmmmmm

I know, you really don't know what it is. It is a huge chunk of Beef that is slow cooked and taste yummy. You'll see when you get there.

Brisket with BBQ sauce and Beans and Potato Salad...........my mouth is watering.

Yum, hammons is doing 3 briskits this year so there will be plenty. This BBQ is going to ROCK!!!!!!

Ahhhh, Smart and Final Only had two.......They usually have plenty.

But I got Heavy ones this time. Last time I was for some reason thinking 10 pounders were the only ones that would work

So, there will be plenty. 1 pound per person should do.

Actually Brisket does double duty as a Texas "Country or Ranch" style food and as "Soul" food. The difference lies with the Eaters color at the time of consumption.

White dude= Country viddles
Black dude= Good ole' southern soul food
