..............is on the smoker. I put it on around 11:30 am ish......take it off tonight around 10-11pm ish. Then put it in the Refrig over night. Put it in the oven Tomorrow Morning around 8:00 am, another three hours or so.......Then off to Dockwieler Beach around 11:30 to arrive at 12:30......just in time to serve it up Hot!!!
