what i think 'telly' means is a hotel party. the 'tel' party of 'hotel'. i remember hearing/using that word a long while back. i think that's it.

How old are you guys? The hotel party was for my 18th bday haha so "telly" is still pretty "in style" for me. I saw another black FD on 880 today, I wonder if hes going to the meet tonight. HMmmmm

damn, i kinda flaked... again. somethign came up again. i was going to swing by just incase anyone was there, if i did swing by it would've been around 6:15.
