2 Problems with my 93 FD!! Clutch and IONO WTH!

Car: 1993 rx7-fd3s
Mods: HKS Ti catback, Dual turbo intake, Hks downpipe, AST thingy, new Vacume hoses, Koyo radiator, 20w50 motor oil.
everything else is stock.
Miles: engine 120k. Not rebuilt

Situation#1 When driving with the lights on my car boggs.. it feels like its stalling. the stalling feel gradually gets violent untill i let off the gas or keep gasing it till about 4k rpm. This also happens in idle (with lights on), the car will stall imediatly if i dont apply gas.. oh but warm up is fine... because it naturally revs up to 3.5k rpm.. then about 30scec. later it'll start stalling. this is even when the clutch is down, on any gear including neutral. This Does not happen when my lights are off.
I hope i wrote enough info for you guys to give me a Diagnostics on what is really wrong with my car so i can fix it.

But what i think is wrong is... it's either the spark plugs, alternator, or injectors. but i don't want to blow money on all three and find out it was something totaly diferent.

Situation#2 When I push on the clutch all the way down the clutch would grind. I'm thinking the clutch is grinding because i can feel the rough vibration and hear it also. crrrrrrrunkk! so then what was my solution? shorten the throw of the clutch.. After i did that, the clutch throw was fine, running with no grinding for the day. Then the next morning it would come back.. so i shortend the clutch throw again... and again.. and again.. till today where its sooo short that it barely disengages, now getting into gears is a bitch. I know its not my master clutch cyl. or clutch line because i just bought and replaced my old ones with brand new parts last week. And my clutch resivore is full..no leeks at all. pleeease someone help me, i dont want to kill my clutch kit that i just bought 4 months ago.

stock ecu??

there's alot of possibilities of what may be the problem of your car... maybe it's your alternator and it's just running off battery, your ISC solenoid, your TPS, your clutch switch, or maybe even an electrical shortage... or maybe it's something else, you do have a high mileage car so it could be anything, but i'd check the possibilities i mentioned above...

as for your clutch problem, it seems you already burned out your clutch before you could even figure out what the problem was... It sounds like your clutch fork is going out... If you had it installed professionaly, you should've had them check out what the possibility could be... or if you installed it yourself, you still shouldve asked a professional or posted in the 3rd gen specific...

I say you post a thread in the 3rd gen specific to get other's opinions... or just take it to a respectable Rotary shop..

Wow dude.. thanks for your reply but u lost me at ISC solenoid..tps...clutch switch.. i have no idea on what any of those things are. You think i burnt out my clutch eh? But my clutch grabs great at low rpms.. doesnt that mean its still ok? it still grabs like its an 8 puck. oh yes.. i installed it myself. and i know how a dead clutch feels like... thanks for the info again man. i will go to the mazda dealership now ... or mazdatrix.

#1 electrical problem; get a set of new sparkplugs, test the spark plug wires, pull off the ALt and have it tested for free at your local auto store. whatever a FD uses for idle control, check it per fsm.
Sounds like it cant handle Idle when there is a Load. DO a full tune up but it seems you dont really know much about your car so have someone more knowledgable take a look at it.

#2, blown pressure plate, dead fork, dead throw out bearing. most likely a combo of all of it. You installed it yourself, are you 100% sure you did it correctly?
