Can't upload an avatar
I just joined this site, but I can't upload an avatar yet. I get this error:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

..and posting in some sections such as THIS section may NOT give you any post count at all towards your total count..so post in areas where you actually contribute to the section and it will reward you with a post count.

I tried to post in the 3rd gen forum and I still get the following message:
