User CP must come with 10 posts?

User CP must come with 10 posts?

I've used forums for decades and find it interesting that a user profile is locked down until you "graduate" from a "New Member" status. Curious when those privileges kick in.

maybe try notifying a mod. when i started back in '02, i had access right away.

Should have been unlocked right away. We are implementing some changes to take care of some common bugs people are seeing with the forum.
