Thought you were asking a question about Mishimoto radiators in general. Most people that do LS swaps run Samberg (https://www.rx7v8.com/product/fd-radiator-kit/), or a custom Howe or Ron Davis unit.

sorry yea, just meant rx7-ls swap specifically. I can pick up a new mishimoto for $150 shipped so I’ll probably jump on that and just get the car up and running for now. Try and upgrade to the samberg down the line.

I got a Mishimoto in mine, no problems so far.
I bought car about 5 months ago, drove it home about 250 miles, got stuck in traffic a couple of times, no problems. Next morning I saw a small puddle of coolant (maybe 1/2 oz) under radiater, I'm thinking oh ****.
Turned out clamps just needed to be tightened at bottom, I guess the hose expanded a little on the long drive home and it loosened clamp just a little bit. Been driving it around town now for about
4 months, no overheating, no leaking, no problems, knock on wood.
That's no guarantee I guess. Person I bought car from had just bought the Mishimoto and said they gave him a lifetime warranty with it. Hope I don't ever have to find out.

good to hear, I ordered mine from the Chinese company that provides mishimoto with theirs. If anyone else needs one I can probably swing them a good deal on it.

For LS motors it’s common to use C&R but I’m not sure if they make a direct fit for RX7. They have a ton of options for built in internals coolers (oil, trans, power steering, etc.).

Over at the norotors forums. There's a user named vitoman1977. He can get radiators made by cbr performance in southern California. Cbr usually makes radiators for Baja racers. The radiator is solid but a bit pricey. Vito has great communication and there's a 1 year warranty on the radiator.
I have the mishimoto fd ls swap radiator. It works but I'm not a fan of the design since it sits in the stock radiator position. I definitely want to put in my new radiator but I don't have the time.
