"Other" V-8 kit companies? Hinson, Granny's and who??

I'm looking at doing to a V-8 swap into a 2nd gen RX-7 but after reading so many horror stories about Granny's, I'm interested in finding out who else besides Henson makes kits for the swap. I've got two engine trans combos to choose from. I've got a 97 vortec 350 with an Edelbrock multiport injection conversion and a 700R-4 trans, and I've also got a 347 (stroker) small block Ford with a Lentech built AOD trans.

I'd really prefer to build the car with the Ford and I have excellent fabrication skills and all the tools, mig and tig welders, machine tools etc you could ask for, as well as a shop with a lift. I feel pretty comfortable with the wiring info I found on Granny's, and I could do the whole conversion from scratch, but in the interest of time, I'd like to find some kit parts that will expedite the process.

Also any links to V-8 coversion owner sites or other gen 2 V-8 RX-7 conversion sites would be appreciated. I've already found a few, but I've just started the search tonight and your site seems to be the most heavily traffic'd RX-7 site I've found. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
