Emailed GSS with a question and also about there customer service and lack of communication everyone has been talking about...
No time for message boards here. It seems that we get farther behind w/ each phone call we answer, so if we miss a few sales due to being too hard to get in contact with, hopefully no one will get too bent out of shape. If someone wants a refund for parts they are waiting for, we can arrange that too, as we just want to get caught up so we can take some time off. We've got customers that have paid for parts that we feel should get priority over potential new customers, so until we are able to meet current demand, we will likely continue be hard to get in contact with. Raising our prices should help us get caught up, but that probably won't be too popular either. It's likely a price increase will happen around the 1st of sept. Grant |
I give him a lot of credit for being honest. He is swamped and can't handle the orders he has, I can understand that. Being honest is better than promising the world and not delivering like most venders do.

I've had very good luck with Grant, but several people have had less then stellar results. The good news is that when you do get the product from him, it's good quality. |
