Anyone tried ITB on a LS

Wondering if anyone has any experience with running Individual throttle bodies on their LS motor

No power but crazy torque and throttle response especially if its a stroker build. Currently doing it on my 408. Just saving for the coin for it. Also beneficial on making big lift/loop cams street driveable. But seen some dynos and instant power from the Initial

Thanks for the info, What brand of ITB's will you be going with, I was thinking of going with the HARROP ITB setup, and yeah its not cheap but I already have one turbo car and want something that is N.A. and makes crazy power next.

I actually just bought the OBX ITB's for my GTO. I have a number of other projects so my budget only allowed for OBX. With that being said, they can be made into a decent piece. We put them on our shop's track S2000. What we did was replace some of the lower-quality hardware, port the runners, and knife-edge the blades. This eliminates the "sticking" issue that these are prone to. So far...so good. I still have to do all of this on mine and hope to get them on and tuned in the next month or so. Depends on how busy the shop is and how motivated I am.

I've got some pictures of the F22C ITB's I can share, but I won't have anything for my Ls1 ITB's for a while. I've decided to send my trumpets to SSR in Cali to get their Aurora Neo-Chrome coating. It's a pretty long, involved, and pricey process. They expected their turn around time to be 8 weeks so that should tell you something. In the mean time, I'm going to have the rest of the ITB setup finished and have all of my fuel system pieces ready to go on as soon as I get the trumpets back.
