Screwy dyno...experts analyze

Anyone able to tell what my problem is? With the XS chip installed, this is what my car looked like @ 12lbs. The chip is tuned for full bolt on and 14.7lbs, like the m2 stage 3 or pettit. My mods are intake and full exhaust...I figured I would be rich, but have some room for adding an IC and y-pipe.

After this run I turned the boost down to 8-9lbs and put the stock ECU back in and did 250rwhp/243rwtq...and my A/F's were richer....but much smoother. Anyways, any ideas of what my problem could be? It runs like total crap when the chip is in.

I would say the chip has the wrong program in it. From about 4600 up you are way to rich. You are losing power that way. Near perfect A/F on a turbo or supercharged car is 11.7 to 12, that gives room for temperature changes. At 5000rpm you pretty much go flat till 5800. Did you try it with 14 psi at all? With 4 more psi you should have atleast picked up 30 rwhp about 40-45 at the flywheel. Was there a fan in front of the car , a exhaust fan in the ceiling or any way to move air in the cell?

You might want to consider sending the chip back with your dyno AF reading for them to correct their programming..
