help me not get my hopes up?
I will be having my 93 R1 tuned in the coming weeks. There are a few ither things left to do before then, but I make decent money, and work a ton, so the car sits for a couple of weeks, then I will do several things in a short span of time haha. So... with the tuning on the horizon, I have been lurking this subsection a bit, tryi g to figure out what kind of numbers I should expect.
This is where you all come in I suppose. What kind of power do you think I will make? Less than 2000 miles on very nice rebuild- Upgraded bearings, oil delivery. Fidanzfa lwflywheel. Med. Side mount. Large streetport. Koyo rad. Non seq turbos @16psi and apexi power fc/commander. No emmisions whatsoever. No cats. Straight 3"exhaust. K&n filters, for whatever they're good for lol. I feel like I may be forgetting something... but... oh weeeell.... Throw out some guesses guys! |

I have read a number of threads where people get some seriously low nunbers for their efforts... I hope that wont be me. |
Numbers arent everything and all dynos dont read equally. Honestly its just a number. 1/4 trap speed would be a better indication of power. But I dont think about 360 at 16psi is all that out of touch, but youre pushing the turbos a bit at that point. AI would be with looking into just for a safety margin.

what fuel on the dyno? 850 primaries, 1200 secondaries. Aeromotive 340 pump. 100 octane all the time, not just on the dyno. |
