While installing my DTSS eliminators, I noticed these bushings to be destroyed. Its on a 1990 rx7, ZEAL coilovers. Anyone have any idea where I could find some replacements?

Also, Does anybody have any input as to if it would be a bad idea to have a solid bushing made for this application?

Josh18_2k 06-14-12 08:55 PM

yes- bad idea!!! keep a spherical bearing in there. the joint needs to rotate.

yeah, the bushings pivots from side to side. it can't be solid. (which is why zeal made it rubber in the first place). you might be be able to get a spherical bearing machined into it. or just replace it with another rubber piece.
