Wheel stud and spacer (FD)?
 

just want to add 5 mm wheel spacer on the rear

should i go with longer stud or oem wheel stud are enough long to go with 5mm wheel spacer ?:scratch:

Most people say a 5mm spacer on the stock studs is ok. I used a 5mm spacer on the rear and IMO it's cutting it close with the amount of threads the lugnut grips on... I wouldn't do it for performance driving, but it should be just fine for the street.

I ran the car hard through the dragon and did a track day with no problems using a 5mm spacer in the rear. Just make sure you get 5 threads or so on the lugs and you'll be fine. As long as you can torque the wheels down without stripping any lugs you're good to go. You're right, I was a bit worried at first, but I've had no problems.

so 5-6 threads minimum is the way to go...
since my car has prodrive gc01, I should probably mesure the thickness of the wheel stud hole to be safe ...
any idea of the oem 16 inch wheel stud hole thickness?

3 threads is the bare minumum (by design), so yah, 5 threads.

if you can do 5 full turns, you're good

I've just install the 5 mm wheel spacer on the rear and have almost 6 threads so it should be good !
