wheel offset fit?

I tried looking in older posts but didn't find the exact setup. I'm looking at a set of wheel and want to make sure they would fit on a FD.

18x8.5 +30
18x9.5 +40

if any of you have pics of how this would sit that would be appreciated.
Thanks

Why don’t you use the 18x9.5+40 for the fronts and get 18x10+40 for the rear? You would only need to d a minor roll for the front fenders and you could leave the rears alone with 255/35 and 265/35

not really looking to get new lips...this is the setup that's available at the moment.
just wanted to know if they would fit

245/35-18 on 18x9.5 +40 probably less likely to rub than 225/40-18 on 18x8.5 +30. Edge of tire tread/sidewalls are in the same place, but the 225/40 is taller... So if those are the size options you have, I'd probably run 18x9.5 +40 square with 245s up front and maybe 265/35 in back.
Might want to run max negative camber up front, but should fit without rolling fenders if you're not too low.
