wheel fitment question on FD's front

stock shocks with H&R springs.
im lookin to buy some 17x9 +35 rims, but the fd wheel fitment chart says i'll have
-0.13 clearance on the front.
if i roll my fenders, would it fit without rubbing?
235/40 sized tires would give more clearance then 255/40 sizes right? because when i change the tire size on the fitment chart, it doesn't change the clearance at all

those offsets should be fine from what I know, if you are worried rolling the fenders slightly should do the trick.

thats good to hear, i really rather not have to roll the fenders

Well, I used to run H&R springs on Koni shocks with 17" x 9" +45 wheels and 255/40/17. I would occasionally catch the passenger side fender lip when turning into steep driveways at gas stations and shopping centers. I think my fenders are slightly rolled.

hmm, i'm actually planning to get koni shocks as well, with my h&r springs.
the rub is minimal though right? guess i have no choice but to roll the fenders :(
