Whats The Best Lowering Springs For My Fd3s
 

I have just puut some 18"s on my fd3s and it sits a little bit to high. It's already got koni shockers and I want a set of lower springs. does any one know any makes that sell very low spring kits?

Eibach sportlines will give an aggressive drop. Gotham (of which I am one of the owners<----full disclosure, lol) sells them and ships internationally.

We carry Eibach and H&R springs which both offer outstanding quality and will provide better handling than the factory springs. If you are looking for the best perfomance as well as looks i woud recommend using the Eibach.

Eibach Pro Kit -- lowers 1" front and rear - 239.00
H&R Sport Spring -- lowers 1.25" front and rear - 224.00

As a point of reference for GoodfellaFD3S Eibach doesn't make a Sportline kit for the FD or FB models according to the Eibach books that i have.

Now that we are on the topic, between Eibach, H&R, and Tein S-techs, which springs would be the best for daily driver and which gives you a low aggressive stance?

Tein is the most agressive both in drop and spring rate AFAIK. H&R and Eibach I have no info on but know a search will turn up infor on. Id dig it up for you but im tired as all hell.

check to see if rsr or kgmm make springs for the fd. Basiclly if you want the biggest improvment over stock you want a linear rate spring. Most of the cheaper springs designed mainly for looks are progressive rate springs, you can identify them by tighter coils at one end usually. I believe the Tein S techs are generlly linear rate for most applications and are usually very reasonably priced.

does any one know if white line spring are any good for and fd? 25mm front 40mm rear.

WTF are you talking about? There are no known progressive springs for the FD.
