I have searched, and people ony reference how wide they can fit (and mostly for stanced BS). I want to know hot TALL of a tire can be stuffed inside a stock fender?

I have some fuzzy information that 29x9 is about the tallest tire I can fit under a stock fender'd FC. I cant find anything to confirm this in my searches! Can anyone confirm if these jokers actually do, or don't fit?
