It already is. :)

I just made a post in the vendor section I hope all of you will check out. I'll recap a little bit of what I said there. I had a great conversation with him tonight about coil overs and have not had such great customer service like that since I have owned my 7 now for over 3 years. Maybe he's busy when you call, or maybe he doesn't get the quotes some people are looking for since all the internet shops underbid everyone. But he talked to me for almost an hour, didn't know who I was, where I was from, but asked all about my car and setup and what my intensions were. He could've easily talked to me for 10 minutes and sold me on a set of $1500-plus JIC's, but instead, he recommended the Zeal B2's which are all I need for what I'm doing with my car. As far as customer service, I haven't talked to someone who's as knowledgeable and personable as Rishie.

LOL! He sold you on the Zeals because he had a fallout with JIC and has since switched over.

Do a search on his handle with JIC as the search word. Watch how his initial reaction was that JICs were amazing and everything else was second notch and watch how that slowly changed.

BTW- The B2's are pretty much the bottom line Zeals, 6 way adjustable and are fixed length, with MSRP set @ 1545.00. If thats what you're looking for, consider the Tein HAs which do the same and cost substantially less.

Well, considering I'm paying $200 less than that, I can use that money elsewhere. I don't use it on the track, (in the future minimally) autocross here and there, so I don't need 15-20 way adjustible kits. The B2's are the same as the $1800 6's with the exception of the adjustible lower bracket-don't need it. I purchased the firmer springs that are suited to what I want with my car.
My point is, he gave me more info and advice on my car well before I said I'm prepared to buy a kit from him, so in my opinion, that says a lot.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with Ni5mo180SX....this is what I have noticed about Rishie. He is more than willing to help, if he gets time, and.....if it has to do with one of the products he gets the perks to sell.

A perfect example is here with the JIC's, and in my wheels case with the Advans. He doesn't make much of the Advans and has to go out of his way to order them, hence they are an "inferior" rim to him.

You're probably right about him pushing the products for which he's a dealer/distributor. But it was the first time I had received excellent customer service and had the differences between several of the kits explained to me. I would've liked originally to buy the B6', but I wasn't about to spend that much, so I think I got the next best thing for ME.

Well, if that works for you, then go with it. I was just pointing out the intent behind his "customer service".

I was also interested in Endless coilovers but at the time he was still all about JIC. But anyway I am surprised he suggested the B2. It is about $500 cheaper than the B6 but is not height adjustable. I'm also surprised he suggested the stiffer springs, which are more for racing. Going with a stiff spring but without height adjustability doesn't make sense to me for a mostly street car. I personally just bought the B6 for the street (softer springs). Given that he sold the B2s at $300 under retail I am sure I would have bought my B6s from him if he had given me my quote. I got mine from www.evasivemotorsports.com at 15% off ($1725).
