Volk GT-P, two pieces?
 
are they two pieces?

how hard is it to seperate them?

i would like to have the center portion powder coated, can i do that without screwing the wheels?

Yes, it is a two piece. The center of the wheel can be removed while the tire is still mounted. lol.

What's the advantage of having wheels which can separate in pieces?

Well 'supposedly' multi-piece wheels are stronger and more durable. As far as whats the advantage of being able to take them apart, hell I dunno.

Kinda like to know this myself since judging from the post this guy plans to :o:
