torque spec for Precision 2-piece RZ rotors?

I am finally getting around to installing the 2-piece rotors I got from Precision Brakes as part of the group buy that we had some time ago. However I don't remember how tight to torque the bolts that hold the rotor to the hat. I think this information was in the group buy thread, but that thread seems to have disappeared and I wasn't able find this information when searching on here.

Does anyone know how much torque to apply to the rotor/hat bolts? I am just using the supplied bolts with the supplied threadlock compound.

Thanks,
-Max

Yep, looks like the group buy thread is gone, and I think the assembly instructions were posted in that thread. Obviously you didn't get them with your rotors, but I did, and luckily I saved mine... :)

I used Loctite high temp (PN 24026) thread locker and let all the parts warm up to room temperature before assembling. After working up to the maximum torque value around the circle, I let the parts sit at room temp for 24 hours so the Loctite had a chance to cure.

Thanks Jim. Your help is much appreciated.

I am pretty sure I did get the installation instructions with the rotors, but I foolishly didn't keep it stored with the rotors.

No problem, Max. Glad I could help.

I'm bringing this back from the dead - I have a set of Precision brake rotors,(rears), and was trying to figure out the orientation of the hat to the rotor.
First, my hat is not like the one pictured,(not scalloped btw bolt holes and no "lip" inside the rotor). Second, I think the picture is of a front rotor - does anyone who has these or had these - either have a picture of the rear rotors assembled, or on the car?
I have a thread here where I too pictures of what was the closest assembled height to the stock rotors:

Bob

Most people running the Precision Brake rears are no longer on the forum and some have upgraded to the Racing Brake rear kit. If urgent info is required you might want to try and search for some old threads from Damian where he had pics of this stuff. No idea if its in this or the 3rd gen forum.

To follow up, I have the wrong rear center hats. Working to fix that now.
Thanks.

Anyone know where to find replacement rotors to go with the Precision hats for these kits?

I think some have used ColemanRacing.com. Call them up and either send them the dimensions or the rotor.
