Which tires for these 18s
 

well looks like that didn't post correctly.

I purchased 18x8.5 +35 fronts, 18x9.5 +35 rears for my 93 R1.

Wondering what are others using for tire sizes for these wheel sizes. Or what people recommend for tire specs.

I was thinking 255/40/18 rears, 225/40/18 fronts. Am I way off?

ummmm do those offsets fit?

Can you return or exchange those wheels? The offsets seem awful low. The fronts will barely work, the rears, I doubt it.

I've seen them on Rx7s before....sooo I would think they would fit.

Did the wheels on those cars have an offset of +35??? I don't think "sooo". What you think and what is true are two very different things.

Those are extremely aggressive fitments. You'll have to roll the fenders to minimize the chances of contact. For your situation, I would run 225/40 and 255/35 to minimize the chances of rubbing.

The best idea is to return them, they aren't a proper fitment.
