Which of these coil overs would you get?

Since there on sale for a pretty reasonable price. Which of these would you choose for a street driven mostly daily driver. Eventually I will probally take it to road races.

Thanks.

The Hipermax II seems to be the more sensible of the two. The spring rates on the Hipermax Pro are probably too stiff for a lot of street usage. But some of us are willing to put up with that for ultimate handling :D.... However, it's odd that they are only offered with identical front/rear spring rates. That will make your car extremely tail happy ... you might want to see if they offer any alternatives, in terms of spring rates.

I saw the hipermax II. They are awesome. The build quality is very very good.
I think RE has them in stock, so they should be up for grab to the first person put them money...

I have the hipermax II's and love them, altho I have not had anyother coilovers so I can not compare them. if I was going to buy new ones I would get the hipermax performer, or the Pro performer, since you can change the ride height without changing the spring rate. but for street the pro pfc would be pretty stiff.

I current run mine on the softest setting in the rear and about 10 clicks from soft for the front on the street
I think the ride is nice. it gives a smooth/firm ride on this setting, it would probably be even better if i were to soften fthe fronts up more. its pretty harsh when I have it on my autox setting and then drive it on the street.

That is very very good price on all of them and you should be happy with the quality on any of them.

It looks like the Pro versions have helper springs which you would need with those "crazy" spring rates!

Hmmm, if the Hyper's lose travel when lowered I would spring for the Pro's or else get JIC's.
