super pro bushings- reuse/ max heat temp?
 

so i already installed my super pro bushings last season but i want to powder coat my suspension pieces... is there a certain temperature they are resistant until? (can i bake the control arms etc with the bushing in em?)

also can i pop the bushings out, powder coat them, bake them, and reinstall the bushings? or does that ruin the bushings?

I wouldn't paint/powder with them in, but I WOULD be interested in whether or not they are removable/reusable.

I have recently been installing my superpro bushings. I can't see any reason why you couldn't remove and reinstall them. Just make sure you apply new grease.

^^ thats what i thought... they ar pretty easy to pop out too since the bearing comes out seperately

I just did this. Definitely remove the bushings before sending them for paint. I powder coated first and then installed the bushings.

If they can go in they can come out.

However inspect the surfaces after removing them, if there is any scuffing on the bushing OD you might need to replace it.
