Does anyone know when these are coming out?

seen them in a magazine but i can't find them anywhere so im assuming they're not out yet

IIRC, Tirerack is the only USA distributer for SSR wheels (unless something has changed). Contact them as they should know when they will be available.

What is the difference in the Type F and the Type F RS? My Type F's should be here while in a month.
