Drilled or slotted rotors do little for street driving. The brakes never get hot enough to need those kind of rotors. Slotted rotors do remove moisture... but how often are you doing high performance driving in the rain? (in which case I would worry about traction more than breaking) :D You will get less life from a drilled or slotted rotor than from the stockers.
If you just want to dress up the car a bit and not run the risk of being counter productive with your mods...i would polish and clear coat the hat on a stocker or find some slotted anodized rotors. Slotted are less likely to crack and imo are a better choice for street use.
If you want to actually improve your braking..choose better pads and better fluid.
