I would reccommend 15mm studded hubcentric to the wheel spacers. These we can provide to you for $240.00 shipped. Payments made to autornd@hotmail.com via paypal.

Be weary of ordering these spacers from other places as they have not done this fitment as much as I have.

The spacer is a 67.1 mm centerbore which will make it hubcentric to the wheel, but not the hub. This is really the only way to do this. The spacers are made by H&R.

This would create a 35mm offset on an 8" width wheel, which will work great.

the H&R spacers for FC to run FD wheels are 25mm
you need a min of 22mm to clear the wheel from strut.
they are $150 a pair.

Im thinking of selling my spacers and wheels and going back to a wheel that does not require a spacer.

well i did not pay much for this car and its just my daily transportation till i get my fd finished up. I ended up just buying some new tires for the T2 rims that came on the car.

87GTR are you in the dallas/ftworth area, i don't think i have ever seen your car. nice looking car and looks like it runs good too :)

Are you using the same size spacer in the front and rear?

I've done the 25mm spacers up front, which in my experience has caused the front wheel to stick out beyond the fender.

HR is no longer producing the 59.6mm centerbore, that the FC has. Even so, that would not be hubcentric to the wheel. So I guess it's a toss up as to which is better.

The 15mm spacers have worked fine for me.

Logic would say that a +50mm offset - 25mm = +25mm on a 8" wheel. I guarantee that if a 25mm 8" wheel is put on the front of an FC, it would rub and not even sit inside the fender. The rear is a different story.

Your car looks great, please do tell me if you're running 25s up front, cause it sits very well.

Nobody believes me when I post this but I'll post it anyway. I got 10mm hubcentric spacers up front and some longer lug studs thats its. I had a machine shop make the spacers for me and a local wheel shop got me the longer studs and put them on for me. Cost me about 300 installed. I have driven the car VERY car and have never had the wheels rub the least little bit.

Oh, I believe you. A 10mm spacer is the ideal size to bring the offset to a +40mm in the front. However it sounds like you didn't use any in the rear, which will fit fine, it's just that the wheel is gonna be sitting pretty far in the fender- looks uneven with the front.

Unfortunately, nobody produces a 10mm spacer that has the studs built into them. HR only offers in 5mm, 15mm, 25mm. That's it. Now, you can go with an aftermarket company and get all kinds of sizes without the studs integrated, but 25mm is the smallest you can get one with the studs. Therefore HR is the only company that comes close to a good setup with smaller spacers and integrated studs.

I can get that 10mm spacer for like $50.00 a pr. And the studs are cheap, but it's not hubcentric. Considering you can buy a set of four hubcentric to the wheel spacers, better than nothing, with studs integrated, for $240.00 shipped made by H&R and it doesn't require anything but one tool, I'd do that.

You should buy a set of 15's for the rear with the stud integrated and widen the your base in the rear some. Then you can put some 245/45/16's, w/ 225,50's or 205/55's in the front. That's what we do and it looks killer, but your 10mils up front must look real nice.

if i upgrade the wheels on my fd i will probably go ahead and get the spacers for the wheels.

fc is a fun car it just needs a bit more power. wish it was a turbo II but i dont need two cars to sink all my extra money in

I actually have the spacers on all four corners and for some reason I didnt have to put the longer studs on the rears like I did the front. So the only thing that sticks out alittle farther is the actual studs in the front.

yes Im running the H&R 25mm front and back. never had a problem with hitting the front fenders. the front tires are 225/50/16 A032R dang I wish they made a 225/45/A032R tire.
if I had 45 I could drop the front down a little more. I have the GC coil overs and caster/camber plates. they dont give you any more clearance. it the strut that gets in the way.


yeah Im from the DFW Area but I have I been working in Thailand the on and off for the last 1.5 to 2 years. so I dont get out much in my car there. I am comming back the states in Jan.

maybe when I get back we can hook up with a bunch Rotor heads.

Im planning on selling my wheels and spacers when I get back to Dallas. Im going to get the Racing Hart cp035 wheels.
just not sure of the offset to run 235/45/17 in the front. Im thinking of getting the 38mm of set but want to be sure befor I order them
