Is that your front and rear specs you want to run or are you trying to run a square set up?
I run 18x10.5 +22 with a 285/30/18 rear. I'm lowered on Teins with an aggressive roll and in the rear I'm still rubbing a little during hard cornering. Front's I have 18x9.5+22 no issues really
I think you would need roll/pull if you don't want a stretched w/ a +15 on 10.5 wide (depending on how low you go)... I could be wrong...

I am going to assume you mean stock body FD but with rolled front and rear fenders and some camber.
By the sizes/offset listed it looks like you are considering a couple different styles of TE37 looking at what is currently available.
18x10 +39 is available in the "TE37SL Black EditionII"
18x10.5 +15 is available in the "TE37SL"
Though 18x10.5 +14 is available in the "TE37SL Black EditionII" which is pretty much the same for fitment.
The 18x10 +39 will fit a stock body FD with rolled front fenders, 2.5deg front negative camber and stock rear fenders with -1.3deg rear camber and a 265/35-18. Only issue I had with similar set-up is 265/35-18 is a bit too tall of a tire up front and will rub the plastic fender liners when turning. 255/35-18 would fix that issue.
On the 18x10.5 +15 a 215/40-18 would fit the same for the tire as the above and the wheel lip would stick out 30mm away from the body of the car.
Even better would be the new "TE37SAGA" which is available in 18x10.5 +24 which would fit 245/35-18 and the wheel would stick out 21mm from the 18x10 +39.
Bonus, it has the aggressive Face 4 available.
Volk doesn't make a wide wheel (over 10" wide) with an offset that fits the stock body FD well, but they do make 18x11 +55 "TE37RT" for Porsche. With a 20mm 5x114.3 to 5x130 adapter spacer that makes it 18x11 +35 so you could fit 255/35-18 with the tire tucking the same as 18x10 +39 and the wheel sticking out just 17mm (so better fitment with the 18x11 than all the 18x10.5 offered).
Yes, I was looking into several options. I was looking into doing a squared "mildly aggressive" setup.
The wheel setup I am looking at is the 18x10 +39 it is a te37 OG setup, not the SL. "Real" forging vs flow form forging. I understand there will be some mild fender work, rolling, and some camber which I am not opposed to. I am just not interested in doing the crazy stretch style. Id also like to add that I am not a fan of spacers either, but if theyre needed at a small degree then sure. I see you were running a 265/35 tire and stated the inner liner would rub, how bad? What tire were you running, and how low?
When I ran the 18x10.5 +38 with Federal 595-RS 265/35-18 the front tire rubbed lightly on the inside of the fender liner just below where you see the plastic in the engine bay when I turned the steering wheel because the tires were too tall. The tires would also rub the factory mud flap on the back of the fender arch slightly and much more than slightly as any debris would build up there between the fender sheet metal and the mud flap.
When I went to 18x11 +45 with the shorter 295/30-18 the rubbing went away.
So the thought process is to run a +22 in the rear and a +35 in the front, making a requirement of spacers. 5mm in the front and 17mm in the rear. This SHOULD make a 265/35 tire fit all around with minor work.
I believe "Farkel" was running this setup on set of Advan GT but with A048, making the thread width 10.3 and Diameter 25.2. I will be running a 265 with 9.4 thread width and 25.3 Diameter. Does this make sense to you Blue??
I decided against the square setup. It just doesnt make sense for what I want, and I am not a big fan of running spacers and not even sure why I considered running that much to begin with. The searching continues.

I really doubt that will fit unless you run a crazy stretch. 265 with that wheel setup would poke a lot. I had a hard time fitting 18x10 +20 with a 255.

I'm gonna go with absolutely not. I have 18x11.5 +12 with 285/30 but I also have my fenders pulled about 2". MAYBE if you ran a retarded amount of stretch and negative camber, MAYBE. But it would be (and look) absolutely idiotic, along with not being functional in the least. Sorry man. lol
However, pull those fenders or get some over fenders and you'll be set.

Went ahead and installed the Ohlins coilovers this past weekend as wheels are expected to arrive this week.
Waiting for everything to settle to make adjustments, getting fenders rolled tomorrow as my driver side fender has rubbed with current wheels as you can see.
First alignment prior to wheels will be done this Friday. Love how they ride compare to stock, a lot smoother than expected.
