Possible redrilling question

So the story is that I stumbled upon this amazing deal with a set of O.Z Vegas. They are 16s but havent really measured width or offset yet. My question is can I possibly bore out the lug holes to make it fit because it just almost fits and I've heard "iffy" things about getting rims redrilled. I reeeally dont wanna get rid of them. I think they are 5x112, just take a look at the pic of how they match up against the FC's lugs. I got 'em spray canned bullshit silver; I managed to get some of the original color out on one but its too much work and ill probably scar the rim that way, so I'm getting them completely refinished so they'll be as good as new nice and gold in the center how they should be:)

yes you can have a machine shop redrill the holes to 5x114 on top of or next to the current bolt pattern.

the larger of the two drill bits used needs to have the proper taper for the seat of the lugnut to be a good match, so this is something you cant do at home with a drill from home depot.

make sure the centerbore aka the hub register of the wheels will also fit the rx7 hub and get hubcentric rings if you can.

oh yeah, it is never a good idea to buy wheels without knowing the offset and other size criteria as some discrepencies may cost you a lot of money to resolve.

Ok im more of a wheel noob so not too sure what hubcentric rings are or what they're supposed to do sorry. The hub fits but is it alright the way it looks in the pick?...and I knew the wheels weren't going 2 fit right off the back so depending on offset I could still get them completely refinished and sell them anywhere from 2 to 5 times as much as I paid for them.

Not a good idea to re-drill them, sell them off and buy wheels that fit.
