I got 225 50 16 on my 89 fc. With stock TII rims. Im most likely going to put 5mm spacers on the front. Does anyone have pics of the spacers on there fc or know if it will rub on the fender?

5mm is less than 1/4 of an inch. It should barely make a difference at all..... if you're not rubbing now, you probably won't be rubbing with a 5mm spacer
