18 x 10 +18 in front with a 25mm (Shine) Foresight front fender
18 x 10 +18 with 30mm studded adapter and (Shine) DMAX Rear Overs

18x9 et26 for front and 18x10 et 13 for rear, stock body, but will be doing a roll.
Any problems?

 

quick question i need tires so wondering 285/40/17 would work on 17x9.5 with 35 offset??

 

i wanted to see if im going in the right direction and get feedback from you guys. i have enkei rpf1 rims that are 17x9.5+38 that the center bore size is 73. im planning on buying max adj wheel spacers and they offer 5 lug 1.50 thread 114.3 spacing with 60.1 center bore. and i know fc center bore size is 59.5? then i was going to get Hub Centric Rings to keep it tight. let me know guys thanks

 

get hubcentric with center hole 60.1 i just got mine ICHIBA 10MM spaces with these specs and fits perfect with no slop

 

I'm running Driftz 207Bs 17x7.5 +42 all around and im dropping it about 2 in or more today. Am i gonna run into any problems?? LMK

Roll and space, probably pretty hard too.

 

You dont need to do anything Should fit with no problem if u go with 255/40/17

will need a spacer for the front, I have 17x9 +20 on the front and it JUST touches the coilover sleeve i have a 215/40R17 on it right now clears pretty good it does grab the inner fender lip every so often, but ill be going to a 225/45R17 for the track

 

It wont fit in the fronts but rear yes it will

People got 275/40/17 tires with out even doing anything to the fenders.

Good evening gents, was hoping for some advice to get my wheels fitting a bit better. I don't know what can be done differently with these wheel and tire size and stock fenders but I'd like a more flush look if possible. I'm open to rolling the fenders but would prefer not to pull them for these wheels. I don't know if that's necessary or even makes sense but I was hoping someone. Basically I was wondering if fitting some wheel spacers would be a possible solution? could point me in the right direction for measuring for some spacers? recommendations please.

Slap on some 15 maybe even 20mm spacers an you'll be good.

 

Hey man,

I just went out and poked a tape measurer against the widest tire sidewall to the fender wall:

About .5" in the front on both sides. About .4" on the drivers rear and .5" on the passengers rear.

If those are correct it looks like I could only run a 10mm even if rolling the inner fender lip.

Couple questions though, should I be measuring more towards the top of the sidewall rather than the widest point near the wheel lip?
Is it common to have a small difference side to side? (Maybe I should check the tires pressure?)
What size tires would I need to run 15mm?

ehh, anyways bought two sets of 10mm to start, I'll post up the results and we'll go from there.

 

You'll need extended studs.

 

Got the Ichiba V1 sets that come with the longer studs for a pretty good deal @ $80.00 for each set. I'm excited to see what it looks like, I know I'll have to roll the inner lip on the fenders but don't think I'll have to pull anything yet.

I think I just pinched mine with like set of pliers.

 

That's the plan as of now. I will try using some huge vice grips with cloth over the jaws. If it doesn't work or if I need to pull them then I will rent the puller tool.

Should I heat the fender for rolling the lip? I guess it can't hurt right?

 

Probably not a bad idea. Hair dryer would work just fine I'm sure

 

Use a laser thermometer to test the heat. The paint should be between 120* and 140*f. The paint will crack and chip if it's not heated. Rust comes pretty fast after that.

 

Will do, I have temp gun ready to go, just waiting on the spacers to arrive, will most likely get this done the weekend of the 16th.
