A typical 15" wheel may require a spacer of even some caliper clearancing.
Typical steel wheels have this problem. Aluminum 15" designed for older rear drive stuff can too. The spokes get to close to the caliper. The hub isn't "deep" enough.

wow, those are pretty nice! i cant really afford to have rays build me custom wheels, but the wheels i can afford are 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 +35. does anyone know if i can fit 215/35's and 275/35's with stock fenders and just coiovers?

275's won't fit in the rear without significant rolling. I'm barely going to make it with 255's

you can make the 275's fit by rolling your rear fenders a bit at home.

How would these fit: 18x8 +32

400 for a pair of clean blitz 03's sounds like a deal if the fitments decent.

I don't have any good closeups of the 275's right this second, I'll get you some next time I go work on my car. Here's a side shot:

As well as a 26 x 10.5 x 16 ET Street, which sits basically the exact same as the 275's on 10" +18 wheels.

This is the amount of rolling that was required for it to fit no problem.

Looking at the same 17X8 +25 with 225/45, and 17x9 +20 with 255/45. Will the front tires or rim rub against my fresh RB springs/ tokicos? I heard somewhere that to run 8 wide in the front I must install coilovers or coil springs to my struts. I saw that Napsterfreak15 has the same wheels but I need 4 lug. They look awesome and fit nice! I need them spin tires everywhere!

hey guys I am getting some Konig Lace wheels this week. I believe the fronts to be dead on being a 18x8 +35, but the rears I am having problems with. They are supposed to be available in a 18X9.5 +25 but I am unable to resource them. I have them coming in a 18X9.5 +45. So I am going to have to run a 15mm or 20mm spacer if possible. I will be running a 225/40/18 up front and a 265/35/18 in the rear. Anyone see any problems w/ this??

Sup guys it's been a while since I posted on this tread.
My questions are will these rims fit and also will they look good on my FC. My FC has tokico blues all around, it's also a base model 86 with the 4 lugs and base brakes. Now I know I've been very lazy to covert my FC 4 lug to a 5 lug. The rims are Enkei competition 8 13X8, now I know guys there 13" rims and might look to small on my FC. Just that I've always loved the old school rims on my ride. And taking some advice from you guys on if these would be a good old school rim for me.

No you don't need coilovers to fit those. You should have plenty of room on the inside, though you may run into clearance problems with the fenders depending on how much camber you end up running. Also, you want 255/40 tires in the rear to keep the tire diameter close to stock, not 255/45.

No I don't see any problems with it. Though I would personally run 10-15mm spacers in the back to avoid possible clearance issues with the fenders.

I think you will have problems with them fitting over the brakes. Do you own them? The best thing to do would be pull the stock wheel off and test fit one.

Personally I think they are going to look tiny on a FC. Remember the factory "phone dials" look small as it is, and those are 14".

I think they will be a little to close on the inside, you will probably need a thin spacer.

Do you have a lot of positive camber?

So, I'm thinking of doing something dumb.

275 nitto 555r's which are narrow drag radials.. the car has some kind of lowering springs out back which are quite narrow, I haven't seen stock ones as this is my first FC...

I have gram light 17x8.5 @ +40mm offset...

any chance I can roll these in? I swear when I look at it 40mm offset on these pushes the tire so far out to the wheel hub I think it's going to hit.. I must be delusional...

With the suspension at full sag on jack stands it looks like the coilspring is 35-40mm from the spring.. sound way off?

I swaer I need 50mm wheels or something :o
