265/35/18 on a 18X9.5 35mm offset fit like a gloves on the back of my car. NO ROLLING, NO PULLING, NO CUTTING. A 275 is a mear 10mm more tire width which is less then half an inch.

I want to make these wheels fit. I will give up the desire for wider tires to make them fit.
Here are the only options for this wheel
17x8 offset 37 spacer? 225/45/17
17x9 offset 35 or 29 255/40/17
I don't care about the flush look...I just want the combo to fit under the fender.
I have got my head around this better. I do see that I can make these fit with the higher offsets and use spacers to dial them in.

With that chart you gave...
Fronts shoot for a 8.0", +30.
I ran this combination with no problems with a 235/45 - it does rub SLIGHTLY on the front inside on extreme steering lock.
Dropping down to a 235/40 might clear everything.
Best combination look like a 8.5", +31.
This has a good chance of clearing everything, especially with a 235 wide tire.
The 235 is going to have a small stretch, and this will help with clearance on the insides.
Going with the 8.0", +37, you'd need at least a 4mm - 6mm spacer with the 235 wide tire.
For rears, go with the 9.0", +35.
With a 255, there's lots of space.
A 265 should fit too, but I like the combo of a 255 / 40 / 17 on a 17" x 9.0" wheel.
Also, the 235 front versus 255 rear makes for a nice balance combo.
The 9.5", +35 should fit too back there, but the 9.0", +35 is a safer bet.

I second what Ted said, but say go for the larger widths so you have room to grow.
I have two set of Volk TE-37.
First is 16x7.7 +30 front and 16x8 +30 with 245/45-16 all around (and the rears fit up front fine).
Second is 17x8.5 +30 and 17x9.5 +40 with 235 up front and 255 in the rear. I checked and this set up can also fit 245 front and 275 rear, the above are just the tires that came on them.

Actually, you could even do the 17x9 +22 front with a 235 and rear a 17x9.5 +35 with a 255.
The slightly stretched sidewall would actually work well up front to give good clearance to the outer fender lip and if you later went with wide front fenders you could bump it up to 255 front and 275 rear with those offsets/widths.
Only downside is the +22 front offset will cause a bit more bumpsteer/scrub than the +31 front.

So close it depends on the shape of the model of tire's sidewall construction. For instance my Trampio Vimode 235/40-17 on 17x8.5 +30 BARELY fit because the rim flange protector is HUGE on those tires and is right next to the coilover spring perch.
A 245 could fit there if it didn't have a rim protector that stuck out past the rim lip...

I really don't like 0.5" size though. :P
I'd rather opt to a 9.0" with offset in the +15 to +20 range.

I plan to put a wide body kit on the car, that will flare the front out 25mm and the rear out 30mm
This is what I was thinking:
Front
17x9 w/15 offset with 225/35/17 tires
Rear
17x10 w/10mm offset with 275/40/17 tires
I believe that should fill the wells pretty nicely. Any confirmations?

With 225/275 split, your car will tend to understeer. If you plan to drift, that may be a good thing, but for performance driving, you may want to try to fit more rubber in the front. With a widebody, try to see if you can't get a 255 under there.
My set up is 245/40/18 with 8.5" wheel in back + 35mm
275/35/18 with 9.5" wheel in back +35mm

The 30mm front fenders are really 22mm wide from what I've heard. And the 50mm wide rear fenders are overkill, you would need a huge spacer to get them flush.
I had just installed new KYB AGX shocks with Racing Beat Springs when I took those photos. I had just let if down off the jacks actually, they are supposed to drop it about 1" from stock.

most styles are less than 600 for a full set. i've seen them for 480/set on ebay.
