Tire rack should check on their recommended installers to make sure they have the correct equiptment.

same here, i had a simular experience as well, except with my dads audi, one of the reccomended installers didn't adjust the upper control arms when installing the eibach springs in his car and damaged the control arm bushings costing him 900 dollars cuz the shop did not know one of the basic rules of lowering a car. they ALSO put on his swaybars UPSIDE DOWN.

TIRE RACK, YOU HAVE GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES BUT IT SEEMS YOUR RECOMMENDED INSTALLERS ARE NOT NEAR THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE AND THEREFORE TAINT YOUR COMPANY AND MAKE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS, PLEASE RE EVALUATE WHO YOU PUT ON THOSE LISTS, YOUR MISTAKES END UP COSTING YOUR CONSUMERS!
