Need to roll fenders?

Ok should I need to roll the fenders if I run 17x8.5 +40 245/40/17 up front and 17x9.5 +40 265/40/17 with H&R springs?

Thanks!

The front could use a roll with virtually ANY aftermarket wheel. i managed to pull a lip w/ 17x8 +38's w/ 245/40/17's. It happens.

Ok. Silly question then but can this be done by me without messing anything up or do I need to take it somewhere? The front doesn't seem to have much of a lip to begin with compared to the back. Any recommendations?

The trouble spot is along the upper leading edge of the front fender. The place you catch it is when the wheel is turned (on the inside wheel in a turn), and you go up a transition, like into a parking lot. The suspension compresses slightly, and the rolling tire pulls the lip down.

I had a friend do mine, but what he did was heat the paint with a heat gun (for flexibility. be careful) the use a large set of pliers with rubber hose on the jaws to slowely work the lip up. Or you can find a body shop to do it.

Or you can just be real careful when turning into places.
