My 4 wheel drive FD!
haha... ok, so it's not. It could pass for one now though. I jsut put some 18X8.5 and 18.9.5 Enkei RP01's (both 45mm ofset)on it with 255/35 and 285/30 so3's. It's a sweet setup, but currently my car has a stripped interior, no exhaust, driveshaft, ppf, so it is riding a little high. Calling Ground Control... help! :)
Ah, crap. I've got to copy pics out to a webpage to attach them... grr. |
Well until you find pics, here's Rod Millen's AWD FC to tide us over :D
http://www.realautosport.com/pics/PPIHC/millen.jpg From here ( I just wanted an excuse to post that pic ;) ) |
Where did you get the wheels at and how much where they?
|
haha... I have the pics, just too lazy to make a website for them tonight. tomorrow. I got the wheels from someone off the forum here. They were supposedly the last 4 he could find. he had a wholesaler buddy he was getting them from. They were $800 shipped.

here is some more 4wd FC pics
http://rx7.cyberosity.com/gallery/pub/fc3s4wd/ its really sad the shape I found the car in. I was going to buy it until I saw it in person.... |
was that a production car or did someone just mod the hell outta it?
PLEASE TELL ME IT WAS PRODUCTION! |
what could u possibly use as a donor drivetrain to make a 4wd FC?
|
a 626
|
I'd love to get more info on that 4WD FC. So many mods in that sucker it looks crazy.
20B powerplant and a monster single turbo with what looks like a tubeframe chassis. That engine sits way back and I too am curious about transmission/transaxle and what differentials they used. AWD FC with big power would eat many cars alive :). -GNX7 |
