JIC FLT-A2 coilover install question

On each shock they have a FR, FL, RH (?) and RL.

On the FD the shocks are identical. I realized this though after I installed, and have them opposite where it is left on right, but I don't think it matters on the FD, is this true? I can see why on other cars it may be side dependant, but on the FD please let me know.

Thanks,

Ravi

AFAIK, the rear shocks are identical. The fronts have a left and right, but other than where the brake line fitting is located, I don't know what differences there would be.

yes but the flta2 did not have the brake fittings anyway, so it shouldn't matter right, I am sure JIC did not valve them different right?

i don't think the valving is different.
you are probably right that they are identical. but why would you install them in wrong places?

Indo Audio 05-31-04 12:12 PM

I didn't notice, and now that they are all installed I am debating whether to go in and change them, which would be a waste of time if they were identical.

How does it handle right now?
If you think its too much hassle to change, then no change lah....
