Improved Racing Drop Links?

Didn't Improved Racing used to make drop links for sway bars (and particular, rears with a longer bolt for aluminum-forked coilovers)?

They're no longer on their site. Anyone else make them?

They used to, but as far as I know dont anymore. Im also in the search for aftermarket links, so looking for an answer as well.

They use to sell them but they took them off their website because they are being redesigned, there were some issues with them. I have them on my FD, busted two so far. I haven't found any other than stock, I'm putting some together on my own.

It seems that these SB end links are back in stock. Any one know if they are the redesigned version, or the same original version?

Adjustable Sway Bar Links for Mazda Rx-7 (FD3S), Front & Rear SMA-115

re-designed. I used the fronts before switching to a Tri-Point bar. I've used the rears with both a stock 93 and racing beat bar. Both worked as intended.

For how long if I may ask for the rears? Street or track? Cause it seems there were a few problems in the past.

2 years of track use at 7-ish (16-20 days) of use per year. I'm intending on re-using them on my new car if possible and if they're used up I will gladly buy another pair for the rear. There isn't really any better solution I've seen. If you have, I'm all ears.

I will say that I couldn't run the racing beat bar on full soft because it'd rub the end-link on the shock body, but I think that was more the fault of the bar design than the end-links.

Anyone experience bucking with the rears? I'm trying to isolate the all variables, these being one

More like binding? Or can you explain your symptoms? You sure you got all of the pre-load out of the rear bar?

I had an issue where my racing ebay bar didn't have any left/right limiters on it. When I'd go over uneven pavement or bumps with just one rear wheel it'd push the sway bar to the opposite side of the car causing clunking noises.

Bucks at 2k and 3k. Pretty sure it's a tuning issue (stock ECU and aggressive street port). Not trying to hijack the thread, but was just curious if there could be any suspension culprits (also have a Banzai diff brace). Will be installing a PFC this weekend and will see if that fixes the problem

Being that you're running a stock ecu with a non-stock engine, that's probably your culprit ;)

Glad this got bumped to the top, Improved Racing has some nice stuff. Digging on their hard anodized lug nuts :bubrub:

Super now also make adjustable end links front and rear

GoodfellaFD3S 07-11-17 09:15 AM

Any updates on these suckers? I'm in the market---- IR seems like a great option, although I'm all about JDM Super Now goodness too :D

Smokey The Talon 07-11-17 09:38 AM

I'm still using them and happy. Using on a stock rear bar at the moment. Rod ends got a little loose and Improved sold me new ones this winter with good support.
