Need help with removal of front rotors

Short version:
I am attempting to replace my stock rotors with brembo drilled a slotteds. After seeveral hours of carefully trying to remove the 2 screws holding the rotor in I finally stripped the heads. So I decided to drill the screws out. I had no problem doing this(See picture). I then proceeded to use a bolt to pop the rotor off. And the head of the bolt breaks off, and ofcoarse I cant get it out(see picture).
I have no I dea what keeping the rotor on. I have soaked it with WD40(it has been soaking since last night, Soaked it again today too). I have been trying to nudge it off with a hammer, but don't want to hit it too hard.
I'm out of Ideas. I just soaked it down again with WD40 before coming to type up the post. Hoping I will hear the rotor crashing to the garage floor any minute now. But just in case it doesnt, anyone have any suggestions.

You are gonna have to give a couple of good whacks.

I had to suck it up and grab a rubber mallet and beat it.

It popped off after I "talked" to it

Ha... good luck bud. My front rotors were siezed onto the hub , I had to take the whole front hub assembly off and use a hammer to break the stock rotors off in pieces. Heres a pic of the aftermath :

I've found that PB Blaster works a lot better than WD-40. Buy a can of that and see if it works better for you, it only costs about $3 per can.

If the rotors are so stuck that they won't even come off when using the provided bolt hole try heating the hat area around the studs with a torch. Get the entire center section very hot and then try threading the bolt in. I bet they come off then.

well, the rotor stock has an extra screw hole to use one of the screw you drilled out, ...you insert it, hit it a fewt times with the impact whrech and there ya go

That worked for all but my rear right rotor, which i took a sledge to
