It'd be nice to see an alternative that also addressed the flexing that causes brake pad knockback as well. THEN you'd really have something.

That is the part I'd be most interested in. Even though it doesn't seem to happen anymore on my car after I've refreshed all of those parts and with the RB BBK.

I need to check with a local guy that has CAD/CAM stuff to see if he has some kind of scanner to scan a stock spindle. Once its digitized, it can't be that hard for a computer controlled machine to reproduce.

I know Pettit used to have a center-lock hub conversion (which would be the coolest thing ever), I wonder if that entailed new carriers.

Holy Crap! $1276.47!!!!! More expensive then I was expecting. If I buy these I am going to make a mold and get them produced and sold here.

Dunno about everyone else, but cast spindles doesn't seem a good idea.

And just how do you think the stock parts are made then? They sure look cast to me.

I'm pretty sure the factory hub carriers are cast.

Ok, forged titanium then. Haha. I wasn't too serious about this anyway.

Thanks for the helpful comment.

If you were going to do it, a sheet steel fabrication, new hubs and larger bearings/stubs would be on my wishlist. Those Japanese front ones appear to have some electric gluing done - hopefully some post weld treatment done if they incorporate any of the stock upright.
